Respite Care Services in Massachusetts

Associated Home Care offers flexible care options to give family Caregivers an extra hand in their demanding roles.

Caring For Your Loved Ones

A Reliable Caregiver, A Break for Families

Respite Care gives families an extra set of hands caring for seniors. A personal Home Caregiver from Associated Home Care provides companionship to your loved ones and helps with regular caregiving duties, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, transportation to medical appointments, light housekeeping, and more.

Respite Care Services can be scheduled to meet your family’s needs. Many families use Respite Care Services to give them a break so they can return to their caregiving roles refreshed and renewed. Our clients hire Respite Caregivers during vacations, work travel, or even during book club once a week. Many primary caregivers weave it into their weekly routines to allow themselves to prioritize their mental health and personal life. Having a formal break from being the primary caregiver decreases caregiver burnout and allows you and your loved one to have more quality time together.

Our Respite Care Options

Customizing care to each client’s needs is an important part of the service plan developed by the professional team at Associated Home Care and services can always be adjusted as needs change. Our specially trained nurses and Caregivers are available when you need them, 7 days a week. If you need private Respite Care, we have Certified Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Aides available to start right away.

The Associated Home Care Way

Good communication and staying in touch are important, especially for family decision makers who don’t live near a loved one. Our Caregivers are updated weekly regarding their clients’ cases. Our nurses regularly monitor the condition of your family member and report any changes in their physical or mental condition to the family and/or physician. We also work closely with your family member’s local health care providers, such as doctors and therapists, who treat your loved one. This ensures clear communication and that everyone is on the same page. All our Home Health Caregivers are qualified, educated, insured and screened.

Our goal is for the client to remain independent at home while receiving high-quality care from competent and compassionate Caregivers.
